My good friend Elena just started a blog for natural health, beauty, and wellness. I remember trying to keep up with Elena’s ab workouts in high school and woweeeee what a challenge! (She did silks at the time, hence her extreme abs.) Her latest post has some great tips regarding menstruation. I haven’t read through all the posts yet but Elena is an inspiration to me, and I’m expecting her words to be great.
